Since we have foreign investor as one of our shareholder, WorkITOut is also categorized into PMA (foreign-investment company).
WorkITOut specializes in Searching, Screening, and Placing the best Indonesian IT specialists in the global IT market. As in gold mining, we do hand pick every single candidate from every corner of Indonesia, put them in the strainer to separate the gold from the bronze, and place them in the right place according to their value.
Screening process is an important process for us to assure our candidates quality that cannot be determined from reading their CV only. The screening team is lead by Mr. Budi Rahardjo PhD – a prominent name in IT education and industry in Indonesia.
