Why should I work overseas ?

Well, it may not necessarily be true to everybody, because many of them also think that the chance to gain more knowledge and experience is more important. It is true that the working environment in overseas is different as well as challenging. It is also true that during IT boom nowadays, intellectual capital become scarce, which means that a lot of company are dying to hire qualified IT professionals, and those companies are ready to pay higher financial reward. Overseas jobs definitely offer a different experience for qualified IT professionals. You are expected to work to your bone, to show your true professionalism, and to contribute your knowledge and skills to your limit.

Is this WorkITOut a legal company ?
Yes it is. In fact WorkITOut possess license from Indonesian Minister of Manpower that would ensure our legal operation. This legal status is not easy to obtain since we have to follow tough rules employed by the government. Why must government bother with these license stuffs? It is because our government do not want to see you suffer in foreign country caused by unlawful things. This license means that we (who possess the license) have to protect our candidate when some unexpected happened.

How much do I have to pay to use WorkITOut placement service ?
None!

Charging or making money out of our candidate is a BIG BIG BIG moral issue for us. None of us should get an advantage in an inappropriate way.
However, usually the candidates have to pay for self-incurring cost such as passport, medical check up, etc. Rather than become our income, this cost actually occur for the sake of the candidate him/herself. On the other hand Australia online gambling is more focused around slots and betting on sports in most instances.

And what is the procedure to use WorkITOut placement service ?
Simple! Just submit your CV online in our web site (hint: go to our “Submit CV section”)
But remember, you have to be eligible to submit your CV. This means that you must have a bachelor degree and at least 3 years successful professional experience.
After that we will do a fast screening process. The selected candidates will be interviewed in two sessions; technical and non-technical. If you pass all of this process, then be prepared to start your new career in another country

How much salary I can earn overseas ?
Certainly you will and you should get what you deserve. WorkITOut will find out the standard salary in the destination country that you will work in, and you will be paid no less than it should be. We will not send the candidate if the client offers lower salary than the prevailing standard salary. We will not even accept the offers from the first place.

What are the requirements to work overseas ?
You must have a bachelor degree, at least 3 years working experience and have a good command of English. And, not but not least, you must be a healthy person (mentally and physically of course. Those are the basic requirement. Additional requirement will be differ among countries.

Do I still have a chance to work overseas if I have non-IT-related education background?
Yes you do as long as you have excellent working or project experiences in IT.

Who will provide the accommodation?
It depends on the negotiation between you and your employer.

How long does it take to get a job overseas?
It depends on the qualifications, skills and experiences that each candidate has. The more you have the sooner you get.

Who will help me if I experienced a problem overseas?
Since WorkITOut is a legal company, any candidate who experienced problem can contact us, and Indonesian embassy in the relevant country will help. Then candidates will sure be served, taken care and also get protection.
